Tour Booking Terms and conditions:
Booking Process:
Nepal: At least 2 weeks prior of the tour, a booking with name list and 50% payment of
tour should reach us.
Tibet: At least 3 weeks prior of the tour, a booking with full passport details including
date of birth, occupation, home address and all payment of tours should reach us.
Bhutan: Booking for Bhutan tour should reach us eight weeks in advance with passport
details and 50% of tour cost. Thirty Days prior to the tour, full payment must be
made for confirmed bookings.
Cancellations:
Nepal: A cancellation fee will be charged depending upon the proximity to the trip departure.
Tibet and Bhutan: 50% cancellation fee will be charged for confirmed bookings within two weeks prior to departure no refund thereafter.

Insurance:
Cost does not include any insurance against accident, injuries, sickness, evacuation (in case necessary), and trip cancellation. All visitors are highly recommended to insure covering such incidents in their home country, besides this, all tour trekking crew are insured by us.
Risk and Liability:
EURO – ASIA TOURS makes every effort for smooth and pleasant journey. However, all the Tibet, China programs are conducted strictly by Tibet Tourism Authority / Chinese tour operator. Hence Euro Asia Tours or its agents are not responsible for any change or alteration of programs and sightseeing points beyond its control or through blocked or road, flood, landslide, snow, unrest, and cancellation of flight, delay arrival of clients, sickness or accidents. Any extra cost caused there of should be borne by the clients personally on the spot. No responsibility for in the printed programs and its duration, types of vehicles used personal belongings, luggage and change of Hotels / Guest Houses.
